Friday night ABC News reported extensively on a longer life through reduction of calorie intake all consistent with the Hallelujah diet to leave off meat and all dairy products beginning with an overall reduction in the volume of food we do consume. Experiments with monkeys and rats over the last 20 years show a 30 % increase in life span. Monkey life is extended from 27 to 40 years and rats from 27 weeks to 40 weeks of life. People's lives extended from 77-90 years. The report however dealt only with calorie reduction and not with the poison foods in the modern American diet beginning with the sugar. Sugar has magic secrets and contributes in my opinion to massive fat and health problems even early in life. The Japanese people of Okinawa were used as an example of low-calorie with 3 ounces per day of protein maximum. Overloading the body is I believe a sure way to shorten life. Give us moderation dear Lord I pray in all of our eating habits.

Harry Potter was again aired as teaching kids witchcraft. A regional minister of the gospel was interviewed and expressed it well that the books and movie of Harry Potter glorifies witchcraft as a religion. Barbara Walters defended states rights to teach witchcraft while John Stossel refuted it saying the minister was right that it is teaching student’s religion.

I heard Bill Moyers recently on public broadcasting bringing heavy questions confronting government issues and I wondered how he got by with it. It makes one wonder if the drunk driving charges against him are real or faked. Another subject was the support steel in the World Trade Center being all on the outer edge as an experiment in construction of tall buildings. It makes one wonder if the Arabs knew the twin towers were so venerable.

Marriage is not a function of the state but we have allowed them to license all marriages.

Marriage like Law is a function of the church if we had a real church in existence today.

Merchants just cannot wait for back-to-school opening to stimulate their business from Summer slump. I believe they contribute to mid-Summer opening of school which costs the taxpayers tons of money to crank up air-conditioning units for such a short period of remaining Summer. Why with such great technology do school years need to be longer?

I feel hungry for a closer walk with the Lord and need to pray like never before in my life.

The winds of war are blowing and I say that the Vice Cheney needs Iraq on his financial statement for this year. To takeover Iraq like we did in Afghanistan and began the oil to flowing into world economy freely again would be very profitable for those oil involved.

A trip to Cateran for lunch is very revealing to apply what I'm learning through writing my journal. Some of those people have grown to giant size at 7 ft. tall reminding me of the land of Canaan and the Giants there that the children of Israel feared to encounter for sure. How those chickens that grow in five weeks and 16 weeks to frying size may be given us a dose of hormones that will convert us to giant size to live and to die so suddenly. Do not tamper with God's design, live within His boundaries for which He has created us all.
